The Chipping of Goods Initiative has enjoyed a very high press and media profile across the world. The work of the Initiative has been widely and regularly promoted by mainstream TV, press, trade press, radio and during countless other interviews, briefings and conferences. The interest in the Initiative exceeded all expectations and has helped to play in a key role in raising awareness of the potential for tagging solutions to deliver real benefits for businesses. This report explains how the Chipping of Goods Initiative was established and highlights what was done and why. It shows how the Initiative succeeded in raising awareness and crucially, gaining such a high level of industry engagement, commitment to action and overall good press.This is the final document in a series published by PSDB and previous publications should be referred to for more detailed information.
